SFRS encouraging public to attend partnership event in Mid Ross
24 August 2015
The networking event will focus on the good work being done in relation to integrated children's and adult services in Mid Ross and public being encouraged to have an input into future direction
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is taking part in a multi-agency district partnership event, aimed at celebrating the good work being done in Mid Ross around integrated children’s and adult services.
The Mid Ross District Partnership event is being held in the Main Hall at Dingwall Academy between 10am and noon on Friday (28 August 2015) and is expected to showcase the services and opportunities within health and social care across the district.
The event will be highly interactive and aims to attract the public, service providers, community members, elected members and practitioners.
The partnership is keen to hear what people want from the partnership and is encouraging people to be involved in its plans for the next year.
District partnerships were established throughout Highland two years ago and were intended to be action focused and provide a clear two-way link between strategic direction and local solutions.
There are expected to be around 80 stall holders at the event and the focus will be on children and families. It will also be an excellent networking event for all service providers.
